Odyssey logoThanks to IADD & FSEA for organizing another great show and to all who attended. It’s not often a company has the opportunity to introduce a great new product, not to mention two new products, but three is unheard of. Such was our good fortune for this year’s show, as we introduced three new bending machines, the EasyBender Titan, EasyBender NS2 Plus and the EasyBender R-Pro. Needless to say, our staff has been working overtime to come up with these three great new products and we hope that you had a chance to see them at the show. We also had products from our partner, Delta Diemaking, on hand including the RBR rubber cutter and LGT router. If you missed the show, follow the links above for more information and don’t forget, you can see these anytime in our California showroom in Irvine. Just drop us a line to set up an appointment.

Our story began twenty-some years ago when SDS, a Korean company who developed a patented bending mechanism used in Die Making, partnered with AdamsTech, a US company, to distribute and service the EasyBender. That partnership flourished in the Die Making industry and expanded into the Sign Making industry with the introduction of the ChannelBender line of channel letter benders. In July of 2017, SDS chose to take over sales/distribution and service in the U.S. and so the partnership between SDS and AdamsTech came to an end. To ease the transition and to facilitate awareness and continuity, SDS chose to do business for a limited amount of time as SDS/Adamstech. Now, more than a year after the partnership was dissolved, SDS has chosen to move forward with a new name, SDS Automation, which reflects more clearly what the business is all about, namely, a focus on automating processes in Die- and Sign-making.

SDS Automation remains dedicated to the Die- and Sign-making industries and through a core focus on meeting customer needs, will continue to develop innovative new products. Nearly all the employees who helped the company grow into what it is today, are still onboard. In addition to offering top-quality benders, SDS Automation is partnering with other manufacturers, like Cutlite Penta, to provide state-of-the-art lasers and more. We look forward to continuing to serve our existing customers as well as earning the trust of new friends.

We have two locations (shown below), with our headquarters remaining in Boulder, CO and our showroom in Irvine, CA. The showroom was developed so that people would have a place to go where they can see our machines in operation. Please let us know if you’d like to visit and bring the family along. Disneyland is nearby. Both locations will have service centers as well.
