Die Making FAQ

We believe our Die Making machines are unsurpassed in quality and features when it comes to tools used for die fabrication.

As the provider of some of the most advanced die-making technology on the market, we get some great questions from companies who want to know more about the incredible capabilities of our machines. Here are answers to some of the more frequent questions we receive:

What do you get for the price of a new machine?
Pricing for all our machines is “turnkey”, meaning that everything needed to become operational is included, the cost of the machine, installation, training and a full year parts and labor warranty, including software updates and lifetime remote diagnostics and support*, which enables instant technical support and virtually eliminates the need for on-site technical support visits. Home base for our sales, phone & remote support and parts and materials inventory is Boulder, Colorado. We have technicians based in many locations around the United States, and Central and South America, so that someone is always nearby for the less than 16% of service calls that actually require a technician’s visit.

* some restrictions may apply

Where is this laser manufactured?
The laser is manufactured in Florence Italy by Cutlite Penta. Cutlite Penta sells many thousands of laser systems a year, into many different applications. They have chosen AdamsTech as their Dieboard laser distributor in the Americas because of our expertise in the industry. We have invested in training for our technicians, and are fully qualified to service and support these units.
Who do we get parts from?
We, (SDS Automation) provide parts for these machines. We will stock the parts most likely to be needed here in the US at our Boulder, CO and Irvine, CA facilities. If we need parts from Italy we generally get them within 2 days.
