Can we get additional training?
Yes, we offer follow-up training which is more advanced than the initial training offered at installation. We also understand that turnover can lead to new operators who may not have had the benefit of the installation training we provide. We are available to provide training in these situations, though there may be additional fees. Give us a call at 303.798.7110 or send an email to discuss your situation.
What's the warranty on my machine?
All SDS die- and sign-making machines come with a full, two-year parts and labor warranty, which also includes lifetime phone and remote access tech support from a US-based technician.
