SDS Automation is looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Job Description

SDNS is a subsidiary company of SDS, Inc. A dynamic, international manufacturing company with offices in Seoul, South Korea, Irvine, CA and Boulder, CO. SDNS provides equipment sales, parts, service and technical support to our electric sign and steel rule diemaking customers throughout North America.

SDS Automation is seeking a field service technician to join our first-class team.  Responsibilities include performing machine installations, providing service, maintenance, and repair at customer facilities throughout North America.  When not traveling, qualified candidates will assist customers by providing remote troubleshooting and technical support  Comprehensive, training on our machines will be provided. Frequent travel up to 75% is required.  Occasional weekend travel may also be required on occasion. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily flow of the office

  • Maintain calendar for various traveling employees

  • Track equipment shipping across the US & Canada.

  • Plan and maintain work facilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to management team

  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication

  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, etc.)

  • Schedule meetings and appointments

  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment

  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs

  • Organize office operations and procedures

  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment

  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time

  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease

  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery,

  • Hardware and travel arrangements)

  • Organize meetings and manage databases

  • Organize company events or conferences

  • Deal with correspondence, complaints and queries

  • Prepare letters, presentations and reports

  • Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date

  • Attend meetings with senior management

  • Assist the organizations HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields

  • Proficient in all Microsoft programs

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Strong organizational skills
