SDS Automation is seeking a full-time field service technician to perform machine installations, provide on-site service, and remote technical support to our customers. Comprehensive training on our equipment will be provided. Field service at customer sites can be up to 3 weeks per month; occasional weekend travel required. This is a great opportunity to accumulate airline miles and hotel points to pay for personal vacation getaways.

SDS Automation provides automated equipment sales, installation, parts, service, and technical support to our signmaking and steel rule diemaking customers throughout North America.

We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator to support our Colorado office team. The primary function of this role is to support all departments as needed, with a focus on office administration. Be able to answer and route phone calls accordingly while greeting visitors to our office.


  • Phones – Answer phones and route calls as needed. Initiate Tech support tickets. Ensure all voicemails are listened to in a timely manner.

  • Ensure mail is sorted, and packages delivered up front are received accordingly.

  • Daily tracking of WWE shipments and claim filing as needed.

  • Weekly WWE Bill review

  • Review pending quotes at least once a month – email customers return reminders, check PO status, etc.

  • Review and Enter Bills into QuickBooks as received.

  • Verify Expense Reports

  • Emailing invoices and responding to customers as needed.

  • Respond to correspondence and inquiries and complaints from customers and route to appropriate applicable party.

  • PO log and tracking. Ensure POs are received.

  • Maintain Office supply room and levels.

  • Stock Kitchen with snacks

  • Work with Office Manager and Sales Admin Manager to ensure proper day-to-day operations.


    • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields

Employment Type: Part Time w/o Benefits

Not Remote – In office required

Salary: $20/Hour

Hours: 8AM-2PM Flexible M-F
