As a multi-national company with worldwide sales, service and technical support operations, we maintain numerous extensive inventories of genuine SDS Automation machines, replacement parts, Trimless® LetterForm® and LiquiForm materials around the globe.  Our extensive inventory and our comprehensive service and support infrastructure enable us to respond to customer’s needs quickly and efficiently.

Our two main U.S. facilities are strategically located in Thornton, Colorado and Foothill Ranch, California.  Both of these locations always maintain a complete inventory of parts, new machines and our Trimless sign-making materials for expedited shipment to our customers.  We understand that delays and down-time are costly and can have a negative impact on our customers’ operations. We are fully committed to maintaining a wealth of machines and parts in stock and available for immediate shipment.  

As an example, customers who purchase SDS machines can typically expect delivery within just a few business days. Once a customer’s new machine is delivered, our on-site installation and training (if included) will follow shortly thereafter.  We have effectively put an end to long, 8-10 week lead-times for new equipment.

Based right here in the USA, our headquarters, replacement parts inventory, and showroom are located in Thornton, Colorado, and Foothill Ranch, California, respectively.
