ChannelSander will improve your workflow and drastically reduce labor costs by automatically scuffing or sanding your channel letter returns in preparation for custom painting. This innovative piece of equipment will scuff or sand the front and/or back surface of your pre-painted or mill finish aluminum coil as the material feeds into your channel letter bending machine.
ChannelSander is equipped with an integrated brush and vacuum system which removes dust prior to the coil feeding into your letter machine. Once the letters are formed, they are ready for final assembly and ultimately the paint booth. This machine can also be quickly and easily configured to allow material to pass through freely when no pre-sanding is required.
- Uses off-the-shelf Scotch-Brite pads. Nothing expensive or proprietary.
