Description
EasyBender Vision Calibration System (VCS) improves production, reduces production time, and cuts costs by automatically calibrating your EasyBender machines* in as little as 10 minutes. The VCS automates the process ensuring error-free calibration of all of your EasyBenders*. The short calibration time allows you to do daily or weekly calibration of your production output.
Improper calibration of your EasyBender leads to lost time due to manual correction of improperly bent die segments. Manual calibration of machines can suffer from measurement inaccuracy. VCS measures arcs and angles with an accuracy of 1/10th of a degree, ensuring your output is dieboard-ready.
